His key areas of expertise are Sourcing and Operational excellence – topics on which he’s authored many articles, including specific pieces on cost modelling, low cost country sourcing, turn around programs, commodity risk management and most recently, specifically relating to open innovation and Circulare Economy.

Ron served as the global client partner for a number of Fortune 100 clients, led the firm’s retail and consumer goods practice in the eastern U.S., led Accenture’s global transportation and travel industry program, and served as the North America Managing Partner for the automotive, industrial manufacturing and transportation/travel industry groups.

Ron holds an M.B.A. from the University of Alabama and an undergraduate degree from Tulane University.

Rashmi Airan is an internationally recognized TEDx presenter and corporate and motivational speaker with clients that include the FBI, Sotheby’s Int’l, MGM Resorts and Columbia Law School.

She is a first-generation immigrant of Indian parents and the oldest of three daughters who was raised with high expectations to achieve. In addition to being a mother of two, Rashmi was a successful lawyer who graduated with honors from Columbia Law School. After working for several major corporations, she launched an independent law practice in Miami where, during the housing boom, she was recruited to work with a local real-estate developer who was later discovered to have engaged in questionable business practices. Rashmi’s drive to succeed financially and to give her children the best life possible created an ethical blind spot and she chose not to question her client’s behavior despite her inner voice screaming, “Ask questions!”

Kwame Johnson serves as President and CEO of BBBSMA where he brings 15 years of experience to the position. He began his career as the National Director of Programs with the Woodson Center and Director of Corporate Relations at Communities in Schools in Washington D.C. 

Kwame has received national recognition for his work including the Social Entrepreneur Program of the Year Award from the Manhattan Institute, 40 Under 40 Most Influential People in Washington, DC and the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 40 Under 40 Award. Kwame holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
